Here are some examples of what others have to say:
“I can always count on Carey’s beautiful voice, laced with sunlit hope seasoned with a good dose of reality, to not only open my mind, but more importantly, open my heart. Listen in to Small Braveries for an easy mix of acoustic grooves, hand-clapping blues, early Joni sensibilities, a shot of humor and straight-up folk, all exquisitely produced…in a word, divine.” Mary Sue Twohy, Program Director, SiriusXM Satellite Radio
“Congratulations on your CD [Peace of Wild Things]. It’s getting some listener calls here at WVIA, so the reaction is quite good. I wish you the best with it.” (George Graham, WVIA/WVYA, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Williamsport, PA)
“…beautiful…uplifting, inspiring…Many thanks for an enjoyable album. Peace.” (Menachem Vinegrad, Radio Upper Galilee Israel 105.3FM)
“Not only does Carey’s music entertain me, it transports me to deeper places in my heart…Hers is the kind of music that drew me years ago to acoustic music, and is the kind of music that keeps me coming back.” (Herb Cooper-Levy, Executive Director and Concert Host, FocusMusic.org
“Carey has a golden voice and sings of the human spirit, the ‘never give up and never give in’ attitude…”(Lee Michael Demsey, Host, Public Radio WAMU, Washington, D.C.)
